How we collect, use, store and protect your personal data, and the rights you have under Indian law.
1. Who we are
Paxan Energy Private Limited ("Paxan", "we", "us"), formerly known as Primetech Industries, is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website. 2. Laws we follow
We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, and, until the corresponding provisions take effect, Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. This policy is the privacy policy required by those Rules and the notice required before we ask for your consent.
3. Personal data we collect and why

We do not ask for passwords, bank or card details, health information or other sensitive personal data. Please do not include them in your message. This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics.
4. Consent
Before you send the form we show you this notice and ask you to tick a box. By ticking it and submitting, you give your free, specific, informed and clear consent to us using the data above for the purposes above. We record that you consented, with the date and the version of this policy. We use your data only for the purposes listed here and do not use it for marketing unless you separately agree.
Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by emailing info@paxanenergy.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it. After withdrawal we will stop using and will erase your data unless the law requires us to keep it.
5. Who we share data with
- Our own authorised staff who handle enquiries.
- Service providers who process data for us under contract, such as our website hosting provider (Hostinger) and email service.
- Government or law-enforcement bodies, only where the law requires.
- Third parties when you choose to use them: this site loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google receives your IP address and browser details), and the WhatsApp and Google Maps links open those services under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Storage in other countries
Our hosting provider's servers may be located outside India. The law allows transfers of personal data outside India except to countries the Government of India may restrict. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last communication with you, and then erase them, unless a law requires longer retention or we need them for an ongoing contract or legal claim. Anti-spam records tied to your IP address are kept for about one hour. Server logs are kept as long as the law and security needs require.
8. How we protect your data
We use reasonable security safeguards: encrypted (HTTPS) connections, enquiries stored in a private location that is not publicly accessible, limited staff access, request validation and rate-limiting against abuse. No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and the affected individuals as the law requires.
9. Your rights
- To get a summary of the personal data we process about you and the processing we do, and who we shared it with.
- To correct, complete or update your data.
- To ask us to erase your data.
- To withdraw your consent at any time.
- To have your grievance redressed (see section 12).
- To nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so.
To use any right, email info@paxanenergy.com from the address you used on the form, saying what you need. We may ask for details to confirm it is you. We will reply within 30 days.
10. Children
This website is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18 without verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian. If you think a child has sent us data, contact us and we will erase it.
11. Cookies
We do not set cookies. Your browser may store ordinary website files (such as images and styles) so pages load faster.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 30 days (the law allows us a maximum of one month under the 2011 Rules and 90 days under the DPDP Rules). If you are not satisfied after using this process, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational for this purpose.

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The version number and date above show the latest update, and material changes will be shown on this page.
